My Man, My Man you have used your tutorials very wisley my son. You have proven to be a worthy canadate if the last pic is indeed your work. Nice design (my fave so far), but bad...bad Animation...I'm sure you'll get better (I'm not that good with it either, but I make up with software)...I suggest Ulead Gif animator...it'll make it easier to do.
