Lot of people shit on the prequels, but they weren't bad. And I'm not being a fan boy here. As good as the first 3? No. But they ain't "Battlefield Earth" or "Ishtar" either. From what I've read of the script it looks promising.

I am a huge Star Wars fan since Episode IV and I still have some old Star Wars toys around the house today (Wife thinks they should be in the trash) I got the Trilogy and I believe the trailer is in the Trilogy or at least the behind the scene. I think that this one is going to be worthy of the 9+ dollars to see. The first two episode wasnt that good to me but this looks good.
I wish I had a Xbox so I can play the demo in the Tilogy set.

I still have my millenium Falson Spaceship in my parents house. That was the biggest Star Wars toy I ever had. I had a Tie Fighter also. I would mind getting an AT-AT now. Love those AT-AT in Empire Strikes Back.
No way in hell will I pay 5k for that. I think a Storm Troopers uniform doesnt cost that much

Here (http://www2.foxsearchlight.com/millions/) is a link to Danny Boyle’s latest film titled, “Millions,” which will allow you and a guest a free screening pass at selected theaters around the country.
Some of you may be familiar with Danny’s most recent work and 2003 smash hit, 28 Days Later, and others may recognize his more popular “lust for life,” critically acclaimed film, Trainspotting. Nonetheless, here’s your opportunity to catch a film before the rest of the country has time to butter their popcorn.
Screenings well be held throughout the US with more dates added during the spring season.
“Millions’” synopses:
Starting anew after the death of their mother, 9-year-old Anthony is ever practical, while his 7-year-old brother Damian uses imagination, fantasy, and faith to make sense of his confusing world. When a suitcase full of money falls out of the sky at Damian's feet, it sets the boys on the adventure of a lifetime that leads them to realize that true wealth has nothing to do with money.

I understand if you don't like the story line but if it isn't for you then theres no need to leave negative comments shitting on something that was free from another board member..If you don't like a post or thread or the subject matter within isn't for you(not you personally per se,just in general),kindly move on to the next thread. No need to shit on free stuff... Man, I'm telling you--movie popcorn is a rip off! And what exactly does popcorn cost so freakin' much? I know why ticket prices cost the amount they do, but what's the reason-excuse-for popcorn costing a kidney?

I go to movies so much I should have a VIP pass for the concession stand. This particular movie theatre had some damn good popcorn..And there was a Barnes and Nobles down the block that sells chessecake from the Cheesecake Factory so that was a plus...Shoulda brought in a couple of slices with me..then again security was tight as hell in there...

LOS ANGELES, California -- Ewoks and Jar Jar Binks beware. The young Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker is about to turn to the dark side of the Force, and it won't be pretty.
http://i.a.cnn.net/cnn/2005/SHOWBIZ/Movies/03/11/film.starwars.reut/story.sith.jpg
Filmmaker George Lucas says his upcoming sixth and final installment in the blockbuster "Star Wars" film franchise is the darkest and most violent of the series, and is likely to be the first movie in the six-film set to land a more restrictive rating than PG.
"I don't think I would take a 5- or 6-year-old to this," Lucas said in a CBS "60 Minutes" interview set for broadcast Sunday. "My feeling is that it will probably be a PG-13, so it will be the first 'Star Wars' that's a PG-13."
The five previous "Star Wars" films carried a rating of PG, which stands for "parental guidance suggested" and is the second-to-least restrictive classification that can be issued for a film by the Motion Picture Association of America.
A PG-13 rating means parents are strongly cautioned that some material in the film may be inappropriate for children under the age of 13.
The tone of the upcoming final chapter in the "Star Wars" double trilogy is described by Lucas as a far cry from some of the more light-hearted elements of his earlier films, such as the cuddly Ewok warriors in 1983's "Return of the Jedi" or the goofy, easy-going Jar Jar Binks from 1999's "Phantom Menace."
"Star Wars: Episode III -- Revenge of the Sith" will chronicle the transformation of the heroic Anakin Skywalker into the evil Darth Vader as he ventures to a mythical Hell-like planet composed of erupting volcanoes and molten lava.
"We're going to watch him make a pact with the devil," Lucas said in his interview with CBS correspondent Leslie Stahl. "The film is much more dark ... more emotional. It's much more of a tragedy."
"Revenge of the Sith," the third "prequel" to the original 1977 "Star Wars" film," is due out in May.

Yeah that chick was corny as hell. I downloaded it and put it on a DVD from WMV and watched it at work last night. It came out real good. I thought the acting was bad but the special effects and the costumes were great. Not bad for 200K.
Maybe next time they will get better actors.
I am going to ForceNet and see the other films also

While investigating the bloody aftermath of a grizzly murder, Detective Eric Mason (Donnie Wahlberg) has the feeling that it is the work of Jigsaw, the notorious killer who disappeared leaving a trail of bodies - and parts - behind.
And Mason is right.
Jigsaw is at work again. But instead of two people locked in a room with only one unthinkable way out, there are eight. Eight strangers – unaware of their connection to each other -- forced to play out a game that challenges their wits and puts their lives in jeopardy.

From the brink of suicide to becoming the consummate superhero in the DC Universe, Mr. Terrific is one of the most prominent members of the current formation of the Justice Society of America. Besides being a brilliant tactician and master of several sciences (medical and technological), Holt has dedicated much of his life to improving the lives and the prospects of the gang-orientated youth that seem to fill some inner city streets. His motto of “Fair Play” is not only a mantra for the kids he tries to save, but also a philosophical stance that he follows in everything he does.

A Scanner Darkly is a 2006 film by Richard Linklater starring Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder, Woody Harrelson, Robert Downey Jr., and Rory Cochrane. It is based on the Philip K. Dick novel of the same name.
A Scanner Darkly was filmed digitally and then rotoscoped and animated with Rotoshop, a proprietary graphics editing software created by Bob Sabiston. Rotoshop uses an animation technique called interpolated rotoscoping, and was used previously in Linklater's film Waking Life. Rotoscoping in traditional cel animation originally involved tracing over film, frame-by-frame. This is similar in some respects to the rotoscope style of 1970s filmmaker Ralph Bakshi. Rotoshop animation, however, makes use of vector keyframes, and interpolates the in-between frames automatically. To add a further distinctive element to his visual style for the movie, Linklater chose to hire graphic novel artists to illustrate the film rather than animators.
Steven Soderbergh and George Clooney are among the executive producers. The film was written and directed by Richard Linklater. It is scheduled for limited release on March 31, 2006.

"A woman named Rose, desperate to find her child Sharon, finds herself trapped in an alternate dimension as she searches for her daughter in a world of decay inhabited by strange beings. Over the protests of her husband, she flees with her child, heading for an abandoned town to which the child seems drawn. Sharon disappears in the town, and Rose follows what she thinks is her daughter's silhouette into what seems like an alternate reality. It's soon clear this place is not like anywhere she's ever been. It's smothered by fog, inhabited by a variety of strange beings and periodically overcome by a living Darkness that literally transforms everything it touches. Joined by Cybil, a local police officer, Rose searches for her little girl while learning the history of the strange town and realizing that Sharon is just a pawn in a larger game."

There is no Venon but he will be in black.. But from what I hear 3 and 4 are being filmed back to back..And that Venon looks fake, but could be a way the simbiot reacts to Peter remember he does start to change....

Venom is in 4 and his face is CGI
that shit was fake my people. But damn Good!
Heres what really happens:
Harry and Aunt May will die, the Green Goblin teams up with Spidey by the end of the movie, and that there will be four major fight set pieces during the movie. Bruce Campbell has a cameo as none other than Quentin Beck, who just happens to later become the villain Mysterio. Venom will be introduce at the end. So you can walk away waiting another two years for two hours.

Thats real as hell, venom is in the movie and will be played by Topher Grace (that 70's show) I don't know why they fucking picked him because I though vemon was huge. And spiderman will be black/white color, don/t know why though. Its a little comic shop in my area that has some spiderman 3 info and it has a billboard of spiderman in a black and white outfit.

03-19-2006, 10:30 PM
You know I thought thic could have been real until I saw it again.. If you look at it.. the Hobgoblin (godl) is nothing more than a Gold Greengoblin some one edited the first movie scenes and change the green goblins color to gold. Its not real man.. But dam nice try... Trust me Grace is not Venom Spidey will be in black but Venom is in part 4

Then where the hell did those scenes come from. I'm not saying that its the official trailer but its def from the movie. Harry grabing that green shit and the black and white shots, that aint in part 1 or 2.
camxxx
03-20-2006, 06:38 PM
you would have to be so fucking dumb to beleive this was real, I mean COME ON. Harry grabing that green stuff was at the end of part 2, and all of these clips are from the previous 2 movies with slight edditing. when they show toby looking at peter, thats when he was talking to his uncle Ben, all they did was a little face swap from that 70's show, threw in some Alien, and colored over stuff. Coming from a guy who saw both movies 30 times, I know all the scenes by heart.
Its like a live action photoshop.

Yea Strait up thats a fake
1.Topher Grace is playin Venom but those scenes are cut from In Good Company..(go to mtv.com they have a pic of him in the blue and an article)
2.Sandman's head is cut and pasted on the bugle front page and thats all we see of him, he's the major vilian
3.The spidey shots and hobgoblin shots were forsure taken from an old one.. check spidey 1's first battle scene with green and him
some one must of taken nuff time to do this...funny still
billmunny
03-23-2006, 01:51 PM
that was a very good fake. had me thinking it was real the first few times i saw it. u can tell that its from the first 2 movies and the topher grace scenes are from in good company. Some one put in a lot of work on the venom sequences and the news paper images, thats what really had me fooled.

Did you know: Nicholas Cage
Nicholas Kim Coppola chose the name Cage after the Marvel comic book hero Luke Cage, Power Man?
Has a son (named after DC hero Superman), Kal-el Coppola Cage?
OT: —Wanted—
—Wanted— refers to the almight creator, "G-d" as "Jor-el" (dubbed after DC hero Superman's father)?

Well first they messed up the series by tryin to do 3D Transformers BEAST WARS where everyone was animals.
Then they brought the original series with more hi-tech animeish looking characters but the writers were mad corny...and so were the humans.
There was no Spike or Bumblebee, there were replaced by some annoying ass group of kids who got too much exposure in my opinion.
So yeah the kids are familiar but not like the 80's babies were.
